昭和通りと蔵前場通りが交わる台東1丁目交差点近くの蔵前橋通り沿いにある中国料理店。
今通っている現場事務所から徒歩３分ほどでさほど遠くはありませんが、現場とは反対方向になってしまうことと大通りの昭和通りを越えなければいけないのでお店の存在に気がつくのが遅くなりました。
ランチタイムはけっこうな人気で行列とまでは言いませんが４～５人が並んでいる時もチラホラ。
お店の外にあるメニュー看板で「タンメン」があることを確認し、訪問の機会を窺います。
とある平日の１１：５０頃に初訪問です。
お店は大陸？台湾？系の方が経営している様子。
先客はランチの「セット」を召し上がっている方が多いです。
あらためてメニューを見るとタンメンは「野菜たっぷりタンメン」と言うことになっています。
当然それを注文です。
待つこと６～７分。ストレスのない時間での提供です。
まずはスープを意図口。
塩味やや濃い目のスープ。かすかに野菜の甘みも感じます。
いつものようにコショーとラー油を投下します。
野菜はキャベツ・もやし・にんじん・にら・キクラゲ。キクラゲは多めでアタシにとっては文句なしの種類の野菜。量はごく普通と言ったところ。
肉は青椒肉絲のような細切りにされた肉で軽く片栗をまぶした食感です。
麺は基本的に細麺ストレートですが、やや縮れあり麺もあります。コチラも量は普通だと思います。
食べすすむと汗ビッショリ。
テーブルにあるセルフの温かいほうじ茶ですがごはんモノならともかく、汗を買うような麺類には冷たい方が良かったかな？。
そして、単品喰うもんでもランチタイムは杏仁豆腐が付きます。
デザートは要らないから５０円やすくしてもらったほうがいいかな？。
しかし、この杏仁豆腐、甘さ控え㎡でサッパリとしていて美味しいです。まぁ「デザート」も悪くないです。
メニューでは税別となっていましたが、お会計をすると税込で８００円。
美味しい杏仁豆腐でしたがデザート無しの税込７５０円なら価格も文句なしでした。
