中国雲南省の代表的な料理「米線(ミーシェン)」を頂けるお店。
米線は米粉から作られる麺で、口当たりがしっとり柔らかながら、押し返してくるような弾力があるところが美味しい。
日本のうどんのコシとは違った食感の妙があります。
そして、出汁もバッチリ取られており、今回頂いた鶏肉の米線も、スープをゴクゴクと飲んでしまいました。
濃厚ながら口当たりはあっさりで、胡椒が利きまくっているため、もう一口…もう一口と飲み続けてしまう魅力があります。
中華麺に「何となくパンチが無い」とか「スープが薄い」というイメージをお持ちの方は、特に喜ばれるのではないかと思いました。
また、具は一般的なラーメンよりも盛りだくさんで、鶏は骨から煮込んだ後にほぐされていて、風味が強いです。
僕も初めて食べましたが、干し豆腐もたっぷり使われていて面白く、ボリューム感もあります。
この麺とスープの組み合わせは、確かに雲南料理でしか味わえない個性があると感じました。
牛肉、羊肉、海鮮などもありましたので、またトライしてみようと思います。
