以前、秋葉原方面にある同チェーンの店舗に行って
焼きすぎの焼き鳥に閉口したとの話を同じ焼き鳥好きの仲間に話したところ
御徒町南口店は上手いから行ってみ！と言われていたので
ちょいと味見のつもりで行ってみた
遅くに来店したため、スタッフが少なくお客さんも少なかったが
私たちが入るとなぜか次から次へとお客さんが入ってきて
かなりお店の人は厳しい状態になっていたwww
そんななかお通しの大根おろしをつつきながら
生ビールを頂いて焼き鳥を待つ。
とても忙しい状況の中とても気がつくお店の方に感心しながら
待つこと５分。。。。。もう少し待ったかな？
注文したのは全てひと串１０５円の焼き物
鶏もも（塩）
せせり（塩）
ハツ（塩）
砂肝（塩）
豚バラ（味噌）
豚ホルモン（味噌）？？？名前ははっきり覚えてませんすみません
あと、締めに無料でいただける鶏ガラスープ
砂肝はジューシーで更に柔らかくサクって幹事の食感がとても美味しかった
セセリはさすが！歯ごたえ十分！この部位は、焼きすぎると固くて食えたもんじゃない。
そう、今は閉店してしまった秋葉原の店舗はこれがひどかったのである。
でも、ここ御徒町南口店は、歯ごたえがあって丁度いい具合に焼けていて絶品でした
無料の鶏がらスープも嬉しいサービスですね
とても美味しくいただけました。
今度、もう少し時間がある時にゆっくりとまたお邪魔したいと思います。
最近、安くてもあまり美味しくない
でも、安いからしょうがないってお店も増えてきたけど
きちんとした焼き鳥を出す一軒に出会えました
コストパフォーマンス最高です！
