脂ののった鰤の腹、玉葱醤油で頂く鰹、そして炙り秋刀魚は秋刀魚の肝の味噌醤油で。言うことなし！
秋刀魚の肝醤油は、それだけでも酒のあてになる絶品。
鰤のカマは塩焼きで。
北海道 昆布森の生牡蠣は濃厚でクリーミーな忘れなれない味でした！
酢橘とお塩で頂く真烏賊や、定番のねっとりした鮪の漬けも、お見事でした。
ひやおろしの季節、日本酒も堪能致しました。
