お店は上野広小路駅近くの路地を入ったところにひっそり。
13時頃時はすでに「準備中」の札で、日を改めて12時36分でも駄目・・・
4回目の11時56分到着でやっと「営業中」の札が見れました！
お店の方によると12時半頃には終了してるとのことです。
12時前は先客4人で、12時過ぎに数組来店で混雑目。
店内は調理場が見えるカウンター席と奥にも席がある様子。
■ふわふわ穴子丼 900円(税込)
濃い緑茶を飲みながら、5分ほどで出てきました。
穴子はふわふわで甘いタレは控えめ。
ワサビを少し付けても味変できて美味しかったです。
毛ガニの殻が入ったすまし汁と食後にアイスコーヒー付き。
