大学時代の三重で働いている友人の帰省のタイミングを捉えて、朝から石並べをして遊んだ後に、最後の飯で利用。学生時代からは考えられないくらいの疲労感。
電話をすると、少し並べば入れるとのことだったのでこちらのお店に。18時から5-6人が並んでおり、人気のほどがうかがえる。
ハツ、レバー、つくね、厚揚げ、等々いろいろと食べたが、今まで食べたことのある焼きとんとは一線を画す火入れと味。今まであまり関心したことがなかったが、なるほどここは火入れの重要性を実力でよくわからせてくれる。
ピーマンと食べるつくねも絶品。おなか一杯食べて飲んで5,000円を切るのはうれしい。
