[Ameyoko Underpass] Fast, delicious, and cheap! A restaurant where you can casually enjoy snacks from all over China with authentic flavors
Located under the railway tracks in the exotic Ameyoko Plaza, Heisei Fukujun offers a wide variety of delicious snacks from all over China, including Shanghai's "baked Xiaolongbao," Tibetan "lamb skew |
It's been a while since I last visited Ameyoko. I stopped by after going to see the pandas at Ueno Zoo. It was almost time for dinner and I hadn't decided on anything so I decided on this place with all the delicious looking photos hanging all over it. Luckily there was a seat available so I was able to sit down right away. There were foreigners everywhere so I was like "Where am I?". However there was no Japanese on the menu so I ordered while asking. I could somehow understand many things in kanji but I was worried about the meat. There were various things inside such as duck blood stir-fried in a clay pot. It was scary. Everything I ordered was delicious. Afterwards I bought various things at Niki no Kashi to take home. Thank you for the delicious meal.
