この前わが家で話題になった、世界の山ちゃんの手羽先。
わたしは、30年くらい前に名古屋で食べましたが、カミさんは未体験。
すでにわたしも、その時食べた味を思い...
阿吽から大喜のコースを予定していたが休業、他の湯島界隈の店も休みばかりで結局手羽先をテイクアウトして事務所に戻り焼酎です。安定した味で冷めても美味しいので夜食に最適。スパイスの味も好みです。
上野を散策。夕飯へのお土産として、こちらのお店のテイクアウトを買って帰ることに。
名古屋では２台勢力として有名な手羽先のお店。現地では伏見のお店でいただいたことがあります。
