やまと絵イイよと聞いたので、トーハク詣で。結論から言うと、よくわからん！そして人多い！久しぶりに不意にトーハクへ行きましたが、企画展よりも刀剣ブームは続いてるなー、とか、柴の庵が出てるなー、とか、北斎は常設じゃないんだなー、とか、別のところで発見があって楽しかったです。
そしてランチの当てもなく、こちらも不意に今回のお店へ。トーハク内にある、オークラ直営のレストランです。オークラ東京ではなく、ホテルオークラのほう。施設内レストランなのでお高いのは変わりないのですが、オークラクオリティを期待して食事してみることにしました。お店に入るのが早かったせいか待たずに済みましたが、帰るころには待ち人でいっぱいでした。まあ選択肢が少ないですし・・・。
オーダーは鶏モモコンフィ。コンフィなので、食べやすくて美味しかったです。ソースはないですが、塩で全然美味しい感じです。塩のキメ方が素晴らしい。さすがオークラクオリティ。ガルニは悪くないですが、量産型なので割愛・・・。パンもちゃんと温められていて、美味しかったです。さすがオークラクオリティ。おデザはこれまた丁寧なミルクレープ。ハートのお皿が取れ高良いです。
お高めではあるのですが、わかる人にはわかる良いメニューだと思います。
