お店の紹介 |
ふみ作。お高めの郷土料理屋、北畔の隣だ。
いきなり日本酒北雪を注文。おでんは玉子昆布、じゃがいも大根。よくも悪くも淡白な味だ。
お通しは小松菜。
常連も多いようだがいちげんにも差別はなく平等に相手してくれるのが良い。
追加でビーフシチューとワイン。ビーフシチューは肉がたくさん。トーストがついてくる。味は家庭テキな味ながらかなり旨い。ワインがうますぎると思ったら甲州産ワインだった。
値段はやや高めだが、おのぼりさんが来る店としても良いかも。
