支那そば大和からの連食…
めったに来ない上野方面。飛行船シアターでのライブイベントを中抜けして稲荷町駅方面に戻っての連食。
X(旧Twitter)で見て前から気になってたさんじさん。
一時期、ニボラーの食べ過ぎで尿酸値気にして自粛気味でしたが、チャンスは逃さず訪問。
ピークを避けたのでタイミング良くほぼ待たずに入れました。事前にXで今日のメニューはチェックしたが初志貫徹で焙煎濃厚煮干を…
食券渡して出てきたスピードと言ったら…もうマッハですよw
オペレーションは店主、女将さん、助手さんの3人体制。まあまあ席数あるからピークはぶんぶん回すんだろうな。
肝心の味ですが、元ニボラーはエグくて苦いの沢山食べてきたからか濃厚ながらもクセのない部類。ウチはスープ屋と言い切るニボニボの潔さと女将さんのしゃきしゃきした接客と笑顔の絶えない店内でした。あと、リピーター率は高そうなのもそれ故かも？
