小ぶりの雨の平日14時過ぎに訪問、並んではいないが、席はいっぱいで人気がうかがえる。
濃厚煮干ラーメンを注文。着丼まではやい。
スープ、超濃厚！そのへんの煮干ラーメンと思ってはいけない。水入れてる？くらい煮干し。麺は博多ラーメンよりの細麺。量は多くない。チャーシューは好みの厚さ。大将は筋肉ムキムキ。
