平日ランチで訪問。
10人くらい並んでましたが、
食券を購入して列に接続。
中華そば 850円
麺の大盛り 130円
回転は早く、10分弱で店内へ。
カウンターに座ってから3分程で着丼。
透き通っているスープ。
お湯？と思うような感じですが、一口飲むと、
おおぉ！旨い！
中太麺はもちもち、つるつるしていて、
茹で加減は好みの感じでスープと合う。
チャーシューは脂身があり、とろけるような食感。
程よい塩味もあり、旨いです。
終盤にカウンターに置いてあった「青唐」を入れて
味変してみましたが、ピリ辛。かなりインパクトが
あるので、少しだけにしておいてよかった。
秋葉原なのに、店にいる方々は老若男女がいました。
行列しているのも納得。

10人並んでたら諦めようと思ってましたが、
外待ちは5人。
ベンチで待っているときには20人くらいの
並びになっていました。タイミングよかった。
客回転は早く、5分ちょっとで店内へ。
背脂たっぷりの中華そば。
熱々のスープは塩なのか、醤油なのか、
目隠ししたら、どちらなのかはわからない。
麺は茹で加減よくて、美味しい。
チャーシューも旨い。
ネギはちょっと多めに盛られてました。
この辺りはランチ難民になることが
多いのですが、並びが少なければ再訪したい。
