アッシ・パルマンティエ
アメ横の首都高を挟んだ反対側。
リトルコリャタウン近くの小さなワインバル？です。
ランチでお伺いしました。
『アッシ・パルマンティエ』1000円をお願いしました。
限定4食に惹かれました。
それに知らない料理にも興味が有りました。
炒めたひき肉とマッシュポテトを焼くフランス風のグラタン。
どんなのが出て来るのだろう？
料理が到着する前にサラダとパンが到着。
サラダのドレッシングは優しい味で食材の旨さを引き立てています。
メイン料理が到着。
チーズで蓋をされたマッシュポテトって感じなので美味しいのですが味が単調です。
途中で飽きないと言えば嘘に成りますがパンを残して置いたのでソレで味変。
欲を言えば味を変える為のキュウリの漬物とかが欲しいかな？
この字型の店内で意外と落ち着きます。
ローストチキンサラダも美味しそうなので次回はコレかな？

行けば食事をするのですが、何も食べたいモノが無い。
先日訪問時に気に成っていた『ローストチキンサラダ』1100円。
サラダと品名が付いてる為にサラダは出て来ません。
パンと水がサーブされます。
サラダから頂きます。
ドレッシングは酸っぱさが強く無く咽せる事も無い。
優しい感じの味です。
ローストチキンは皮はパリパリで中はジューシー。
肉汁と塩味が良い！塩の余韻に浸れる。
パンもチキンと良く合う。
アイスティーを頂いて現実の世界に戻される。
