東上野でランチをいただきます。
今日は、以前から気になっていたこちらに訪問です。
11時49分、同僚と2人で入店、先客2人、後客5人。
今日のランチは、（パスタ大盛は100円増）
A.エビと野菜のトマトソース 1,100円
B.お肉とキノコのラグークリームソース 1,100円
C.たっぷり野菜のミネストローネ ニョッキ入り 1,100円
パンかスープとサラダ・ドリンク付き。
お肉とキノコのラグークリームソースに、スープをチョイス。
飲み物は、ホットコーヒーをお願いします。
すぐに、じゃが芋のスープとサラダが出て来ました。
サラダはガッツリ、スープはエスプレッソコーヒーの器で提供。
食べながら、待つこと10分程度で提供。
パスタはちょっと多めですね、パンにしなくてよかったです。(^^)
麺は細目のアルデンテ、パッツンな食感がいいですね。
味付けは薄め、クリームソースって書いてあったのでスープパスタかと思ってたら違うのね。(^^ゞ
食べると、粗挽きされた黒胡椒の香りが口の中に広がっていくのがいい。
挽き肉とキノコもタップリ、パスタと絡みにくく最後まで残っちゃうのが玉にキズ。(^^ゞ
パスタを食べたあと、食後のコーヒーをいただき。お店を後に。
