御徒町・昭和通り近くビストロ「PETIT BONHEUR（プチ ボヌール）」
馬肉料理専門店「ビストロBAKUROU」からリニューアルオープン。本場フランス仕込みの馬肉を使ったビストロ料理が楽しめます。フランスには馬肉を専門に扱う精肉店もあるそうです。
経営は馬肉を専門に扱う卸し業の「馬喰ろう」。居酒屋、焼き肉業態をはじめ既に4店舗、自社運営の馬肉専門業態を展開し、馬肉を啓蒙。プティ ボヌールとは、小さな幸せ♪

酸味がちょうどの漬け具合。甘い柑橘系無しですっきりしています。
【前菜】
「カツオのカルパッチョ、焼きナスのジュレ添え」
カツオの炙りのカルパッチョ。下には、マッシュルームやきのこのマリネがたっぷり。肉厚なカツオと、バルサミコやビネガーの酸味がよく合います。これは美味しい！ここへ来たら、キノコ好きなら食べるべき一品です。
【パスタ】
「たけのこと菜花のジェノベーゼスパゲッティー」
来た瞬間、だめみたい（笑）スープスパゲティ。色こそ緑ですが、苦味炸裂。菜の花の苦味のみ特出して、たけのこ、ソースなどには味なし。麺に後乗せしたような。申し訳ないけど、どうにも無理でした。初めてかも。
まだ開店すぐにしてオーダーを忘れていたようで30分待ちました。それもそのはず、常連客と乾杯♪ \(^ω^\ )して大騒ぎ。シェフのお誕生日みたいで盛り上がり。酔っ払いながら、お調理。正直、味わかりますかね。お誕生日だから、仕方ありません（笑）。日が悪かったと。でも常連さんたちが喜ばれているきっと楽しいビストロさん。ランチにまた。
