平日のお昼に一人で訪問しました。
カウンターのみ８、９人で満席になる感じの小ぢんまりとしたお店です。
店先に『本日のランチ もやしそば』(税込500円)とあったので、速攻で『もやしそば大盛』(税込600円)を注文しました。
待つこと７、８分程でやってきました。小さな洗面器のような丼です。黒胡椒をサッサッと振りかけて、細目の麺をリフトしてズルッズルズル。やわらかめの麺ですね。後から来たお客さんが『もやしそば大盛、麺硬めで！』と注文していたので、なるほどと思いました。
もやし、キャベツ、ニンジン等が入った醤油味のとろみ餡がかかってます。あっつ熱で、とってもいい感じです。
大盛にしたので、麺を食べても食べても減らない感じです。二玉くらいある感じですね。あまりのボリュームでちょいと飽き始めてしまったので、お酢を少し入れて味変第一段。その後暫く食べ進めてラー油を入れて第二段。
額に汗をかきながら、１０分程かかって完食しました。
税込600円でこのボリューム&クオリティ、サラリーマンのランチにはとってもうれしいですね。
