旨いカレーがあるバーは良いバー。
これは私が長年の経験上導き出した良いバーを見分けるフォーミュラである。
まずはバーなんて言うこだわりがそのまま店の色になるような飲食店ジャンルで
こだわりこそが備に現れるフードメニューであるカレー。
こだわりｘこだわり。いや”こだわり＾２”と言っても過言ではない。
カレーを追っかけていれば今日日珍しくもないスリランカ系に近いスパイスカレー。
だがしかし、
一口食べればわかる丁寧に作られたこのスパイスのバランス感は並居る専門店にも匹敵するようなセンスのスパイスカレー。
この物件、少し前に看板の架替えがあったようで正直あまり期待していなかったのが正直なところではあるが
それを見事にとても素晴らしい方向に裏切られた。
