本日訪問したのは牛かつ 壱弐参。
牛かつ 壱弐参は、東京都千代田区外神田にある牛カツ専門店です。
牛かつ 壱弐参は、秋葉原駅から歩いて10分ほどにある店舗となっており、人気の牛カツ店だそう。
個人的に牛カツは美味しいお店とそうでないお店がはっきり分かれるのですが、美味しい牛カツはとても大好きなので、訪問してみることにしました。
店舗に到着すると、平日夜で少し待ちが出ているよう。10分ほど待ち店内に入り、以下をオーダーしました。
牛かつ定食 130g 1400円 明太子付き
牛かつはレアで揚がっているが味わいが感じられない。石焼もお肉がしっかりと引っ付き、ソースもマッチしていない。明太子も質は良いものではなく、何よりご飯がべちゃべちゃ。
せめてご飯くらいは定食屋であればしっかりしてもらいたいなと思います。ご馳走様でした。
