こおりのショートケーキ 1600円
クリームと苺の、このお店定番のかき氷だそう。生クリームが濃厚で美味しい。まさにショートケーキ。
ミルクソース(練乳かな)とクリーム、苺ジャムがマッチして、王道の味ながらもとにかく美味！最後の一口まで大事にいただきました。
たっぷり乗ったクリームと一緒にふわふわの氷を食べるのが楽しい！
ミモザ 1800円
中身はマスカルポーネ、レモンシロップ、カスタードエスプーマ、スポンジケーキ、ローズマリー、白ワインジュレ、とのこと。
エスプーマ(上に乗ってるクリーム状の泡)が、こちらはカスタードで、濃密な味わい。
レモンが苦目だったり、白ワインを使ってたりと、甘みよりも複雑な味わいをしていて、かなり大人向けのかき氷でした。
スポンジケーキがミモザのように上に散らされています。
一緒にミモザの花をテーブルに置いてくれるサービスがあり、春を感じました。
13時ごろ伺い、3〜40分待ちました。
名前を書いてから、目安時間にまた来るように言われ、一度近くを散歩してから再訪問。3月でもこれだけ待つんですね。人気なのがよくわかる、クオリティの高いかき氷でした。
