東京都文京区に店を構える「サカノウエカフェ」さんに伺いました。
場所は千代田線「湯島駅」から徒歩６分程の建物の１階にあります。
濃紺のオーニングとディズニーに出てきそうなライトが目印です。
店内はこじんまりとした空間で８割位のお客さんが入っていました。
こちらは2012年にオープンしているカフェとかき氷のお店です。
今回いただいたのは一番人気という『こおりのショートケーキ』です。
テーブルに提供された時には本当に“ショートケーキ”のフォルムです。
ふわふわの氷に苺シロップ・クリーム・練乳の構成です。
クリームや練乳がタップリかかっているのにクドくない甘さが良かったです。
氷が柔らかなので口の中に入れるとスッと消えていきます。
軽く食べてしまいました。
