今日は友人たちと「霧島の御徒町店」で、美味しいジンギスカンを楽しいひとときにしました。お店は大関霧島が経営していて、特選の厚切りジンギスカンが自慢なんです。
そのジンギスカンは驚くほど柔らかく、臭みもなく、素材の美味しさが存分に引き立っていました。自分たちで焼くスタイルなので、好きなペースでゆっくり楽しめるのがいいですね。そして、生ラムを使用しているため、鮮度も抜群。特に赤身と脂の絶妙なバランスが生み出す味わいは、まさに絶品。
家族や友達とワイワイ楽しむにぴったりのジンギスカンで、元大関霧島のこだわりが詰まった美味しい料理で、心地よい時間を過ごせました。また行きたいお店です。ご馳走様でした。
