しかもどれも本格的な懐石料理で
素材や味、見た目のこだわりがすごい！
蛤しんじょうのお吸い物は
しんじょうの中に蛤が隠れていて
蛤の出汁が上品なお味でした。
御造りは、本鮪中トロ＆平貝＆桜鯛
器に平貝の殻を使っていて、
この価格のコースにこのクオリティは凄すぎる
本命のすき焼きの前に
だいぶお腹もいい感じに。笑
そして待ちに待ったすき焼き！！
贅沢にも焼きに関しては
お店の方に全部やっていただけました！
オリーブ牛は都内では
取り扱いが少ない貴重なお肉で、
脂身がさっぱりしていて、
とっても良質なお肉でしたz
割下も甘くなりすぎないように
お店のこだわりで作られており、
食べ進めていっても飽きのこない味わい！
〆のおうどんがまた最高でした
すき焼きの他にもしゃぶしゃぶメニューもあり、
お肉もオリーブ牛、常陸牛、オリーブ豚、イベリコ豚、海鮮なども選べて、
他のメニューも次に試してみたいと思いました。
店内も個室のようになっているので
落ち着いてお食事が出来るし、
この価格でこのクオリティとボリュームは
稀に見る凄さです！！！
