社員３名連れて訪問。
夏を過ぎてから忙しくなるので、頑張ってもらうための暑気払い。
以前、なにかの番組で紹介されており気になっていたお店です。
予約を試みたものの満席だったこともあり、この日の予定が決まった１ヶ月ほど前に予約。さすがに問題なく取れました。
平日19:00からスタート。
まずはタンの3種盛りから提供されます。最初はお店の方が焼いてくれます。
黒タン、白タン、...。忘れましたがとにかく全てタン塩です。
これは塩で、これはポン酢でと勧められます。
胡麻油、塩がベースのタレと混ざり合っている細切り白髪葱を巻いて食べるのが一番好みでした。
カルビなどの脂多めは年齢的に食べにくくなってきていますが、タンはまだまだ食べられることが確認できました。
たまにハラミ、ロースなどを交えながら、タン塩をメインに食べ放題します。最近にしてはよく食べました。
ライス、キムチも食べ、レバーも３人前頂きました。
70分あっという間でしたが、お腹も満たされたので私はちょうどいいくらい。
こちらは必ず飲み放題を選ぶシステムになっているので、飲む人は少し短く感じるかもしれませんね。
上野、御徒町ら辺も賑やかになってきました。
そろそろ二軒目に行こうということでお店をあとにします。
