吉池本店ビルのレストラン街で未訪店の一つ。
上野界隈では珍しくもない韓国料理店。
ちょいと時間遅れでの訪問です。
何やら大勢のグループがご利用中ですが、後ろの席はガラガラ(笑)。
お一人様は後ろの席。
ホールはかなり若くて美人の方。
若しかして韓国女性か。
こういう方が接客してくれると嬉しい限り。
石焼ビビンバフェアなるモノを開催中。
5種類の石焼ビビンバの中から一種類と人気メニュー4種類の中から一種類選んでセットにできるというもの。
石焼ビビンバは次のもの。
・春野菜石焼ビビンバ
・海老マヨビビンバ
・カルビ石焼ビビンバ
・春野菜温玉ビビンバ
・辛味噌温玉石焼ビビンバ（＋100円）
石焼ビビンバは他のビビンバ専門店ほどではないが、一応あるように見える。
だが、よく見ると似たようなものばかりだ(笑)。
人気メニューと言うのが次のもの
・チーズタッカルビ
・スンドゥブ
・三元豚サムギョブサル
・盛岡風生冷麺
「辛味噌温玉石焼ビビンバ」と「チーズタッカルビ」をチョイス。
お値段は消費税込で1,598円。
安くはない。
料理の提供まではさほどかかりません。
左下が石焼ビビンバ。
少し小さ目ですが、これだけあれば止むを得ないでしょう。
真ん中がチーズタッカルビ。
右下が若芽スープ。
左上がサラダか。
右上がチヂミ。
見た目は豪華です。
お味はどうでしょうか。
まずは若芽スープ。
うむ、こいつは…アカンな(笑)。
客に出すような代物ではない。
石焼ビビンバ行ってみよう。
良くかき混ぜて・・・コチュジャン入れましょう…たっぷりと。
ヤンジョムジャン・・・こいつの方が辛そうだ・・・入れよう。
よく混ぜ混ぜしましょう。
おこげも見えてきました。
うむ、ちょいと辛くて美味しい。
まぁ、こんなもんでしょうが。
チーズタッカルビはどうか。
うむ、…何というか普通だが。
それなりに美味しいというべきか。
サラダは豆類が多く、これは良い。
チヂミは・・・大したことはないが。
一つ一つの料理は大したことがないが、見た目のボリュームがあり、相対的には満足感が得られるような感じ。
辛くしたからかな。
辛くなかったら、美味しいとは思えんが。
料理は普通でも品数を多くすると、それなりに美味しく感じるものですね。
