ユニクロが入っている御徒町吉池本店ビル。防寒着を買いに来たが、久々に来たらあまりに種類が多すぎて目が回り、一息入れるためにレストランフロアへ。9階の吉池食堂はすごい賑わいで宴会のような騒ぎで敬遠し、8階に行くと営業中止したままの店もあり、閑散としている。
1番奥の方へ行くと見馴れた韓美膳(ハンビジェ)があったので入る。店内はお客3人のみで最初従業員の姿がなく。これもコロナの影響？でも吉池食堂は入ってるし。
いろんなセットメニューがあったけどシンプルにスンドゥブ(990円)で。
最初出てきた時はアツアツで湯気がすごかった。お椀をもらってそこに白飯と具材、汁を小分けにして少しづついただく。玉ねぎがまだ硬くて気になったが、あとはいつものスンドゥブの味わい。
海鮮だしと唐辛子の辛旨スープが体を芯からあっためてくれる。味噌汁に入れた豆腐は好きではないが、スンドゥブだと豆腐がちょうど良くて旨い。この美味しさを知らないでいるなんて本当にもったいない。全人類的に愛食して欲しいメニュー。
