今年3杯目。初訪問。
神田の方は10年近く前に何度か行った事あって、当時あまり家系を食べてなかったせいか濃厚で美味しかった印象でした。
あれから時が経ち、色々家系ラーメンを食べて印象がどう変わるか...

硬め濃いめ
しっかり濃厚な家系ラーメン
スモークめのチャーシューも、やわめの半熟たまごもかなり相性が良くて美味しかった

10年位前に赤坂勤務時代は赤坂の「あか坂 わいず製麪」（閉店）に良く通っていました...
そんじょそこらの家系よりよっぽど家系。もはや資本系は目に入らん。家系を名乗らない家系スタイル
