Rich and delicious! A famous restaurant from Kanda has arrived in Akihabara! First, take a sip of the soup and you'll be shocked and impressed by the deliciousness!
The flat, straight noodles cling to the soup! Rich, delicious Ramen. Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) is the same price up to the extra large size!! |
I didn't have high expectations, but I wanted to try putting spinach in a Jiro-style ramen, so I gave it a try. In the end, spinach went better with the Iekei Ramen lol. The Jiro-style Ramen, served in an Iekei bowl without any call for vegetable fat, was perfectly emulsified and had a strong pork sweetness. The char siu was a different type from the rare smoked ones used in Iekei Ramen, but it was also different from the Jiro-style ramen, with two thin slices of char siu, a lot of cabbage and a little less mushy, a little bit of fat and garlic on top, and the noodles were half-baked and I can't say anything... The price of 1,050 yen seems expensive, and if it were a generic Jiro, it would be a 5-6 minute walk in the direction of Okachimachi, and I have a way of life in Tonyama, so it's a bit of a tricky place. If you're going to eat here, Ramen or Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) would be better.
