Rating: 3.7 [Queue ○, Serving ○] Pork bone-based "rich and delicious soy sauce" Ramen. I visited the Akihabara branch of "Wise", which has its main store in Kanda. It is a 6-minute walk from Yushima Station and a 10-minute walk from Akihabara Station. There were several people lined up on a holiday lunch, but the turnover was good and I was able to enter the store in about 15 minutes. On this first day, I ordered the simplest "Ramen" (900 yen). Nori, char siu, and spinach are included by default. I took a sip of the soup and the richness of the soup did not disappoint! It was very delicious. There was nothing particularly noteworthy about the noodles, char siu, and spinach, but they were just as delicious. I understand why everyone who seemed to be regulars ordered rice. The soup was so thick that you could easily eat a bowl of rice with it. I have never ordered rice at Ramen shop before, but if I come to this store again, I will definitely order it. The store was filled with the smell of oil and I didn't want to stay for long, but the soup was really impressively rich. If you've ever had a soup that was supposed to be rich but wasn't really rich at all, give this a try! Thank you for the meal!
