久しぶりに稲荷屋の前を通ると、時間が中途半端なためか、休日ながら空いていたので入店してみる。背脂醤油ラーメン太麺の食券を買って着席。
他に客はいないのですぐに着丼。なかなか濃いビジュアルだ。
スープは背脂も相まって、しっかりとコクがあって旨い。ただ、以前から思うに、やや塩味が強めかな。
太麺はコシがあって噛みごたえがあり、濃いめのスープと相性抜群。旨い。
こちらはなんといっても、このチャーシューが旨い。チャーシューというかローストポーク？低温でじっくり調理された豚肉は柔らかくて旨味たっぷりだ。
食べ応えある一杯に、こちらのラーメンの完成度を再認識。
