小岩"いなかむら"の、新御徒町本店は"はすの里"と店名が改められています。
立地上、値段も上がるのですが
『タイ米はタイ航空ファーストクラスで採用されているゴールデンフェニックスを使用しております。』に惹かれて行ってみたところ、この前は満席でしたが、今日は空席があり入店できました。
『お飲み物は？』と尋ねられる店ですが、ウェイトキープのためお酒は控えますのでスミマセン。
なので辛い物で代謝を上げます。
【ゲンキョウワンセット】￥1760
お冷は、ほのかなレモン水で美味。
早速ゴールデンフェニックスから味わってみると、確かに差が判った美味しさです。
もちろん炊き方もあると思いますが、この米の特徴を捉えつつカレーに合う様に加減されている感じ。
グリーンカレーは、甘味が加えられたりはしていないのですが比較的マイルドな方でしょうか。
小岩のレッドカレーは辛かったのに対して、大人しめです。
どちらももう少し具材がトロッとなるまで煮込まれている方が好みですが、ゴールデンフェニックスを加点して☆4.6とさせていただきます。
