I came here because I wanted to eat Sakura Nabe. First, an assortment of 5 types of horse sashimi. The store staff will carefully explain the parts. The slightly sweet Kyushu soy sauce and mild meat make it a delicious drink. The Sakura Nabe was also delicious with a strong warishita sauce. I think the good thing about horse meat is that it's not too spicy and can be eaten refreshingly.
