週末の金曜日、いつもの同僚といつもの上野で居酒屋探訪。本日は偶には肉が食べたい、との事でお伺いしたのが此方。
運営しているのは創業2003年8月、設立2005年4月東京都墨田区に本店を構える㈲グッドネスフーズ。都内中心に7店舗展開。パーツ買いではなく、黒毛和牛一頭買いが売り。
雨が降りしきる18時前に入店。1階は既にほぼ満席、2階に案内。メニューを拝見。当店独自メニューが有るようです。
注文は以下の通り。
タン塩 1,080円
葱がたっぷり乗ってタンも柔らかい。
絶対盛り 2,580円
一押しメニュー。塊ハラミ、炙りカルビ、新鮮ホルモンがセット。特に塊ハラミは網の上でじっくり焼き上げ、後はハサミで切って、少し炙って中がまだピンク色の状態で頂きます。外はこんがり、中は肉汁が滲み出す美味しさ。
炙りカルビは逆にサッと焼くだけでタレに漬けると、肉本来の甘味。
ホルモンはミノでしょうか。プリプリ、コリコリ、弾力と旨味の有る食感。
脂付きホルモン タレ 680円
此方もお勧めメニューの1つ。濃厚で甘い脂とタレの相性が良し。
リーズナブルな価格で美味しく頂きました。特に一押し名物の塊ハラミがお勧め。ご馳走さまでした。
