羊肉を高コスパで美味しく味わい尽くすには、こちらのランチメニュー「鉄板羊肉」が最適と思います。
1,300円と少し高めのランチですが、大満足でした。
サイコロステーキ状の羊肉が鉄板にどっさり乗っており、しかもジュージューいいながら提供されます。
調味料は全部で3つあり、味変が可能で飽きません。
・ジンギスカンのタレのようなしょうゆベースの調味料
・唐辛子入りのクミン？と思われる赤い粉上の調味料
・ヒマラヤンピンクソルト
どれをかけても美味しいのですが、個人的に一番好きなのはヒマラヤンピンクソルト
これをサイコロ羊ステーキの上に少々振りかけてそのまま一気にいただきます。
このお店の羊肉は臭みがあまりないため、塩のみでも十分食べれます。
最初に、罪悪感満載の肉の食感が口内を牛耳りますが、そのあと追っかけで塩味が口内を席巻します。この口内の主役の交代劇を何度も楽しめる感じです。
実は喜羊門さんは上野公園の近くにも別店舗があり、そちらの1,300円のランチメニューは「羊カツ」だったと記憶しております。そちらも美味しそうなので今度食べてみようと思います。
