私は中華料理屋さんで野菜炒めを食べます。
栄養価は考えずに自己満足することが多いです。笑
そんな時に駆け込んで入ったのがここ！

仕事仲間たちには、
ここのお昼に売ってるお弁当美味しんだよー！
とは、聞いていたものの、
店内に入った！...という方はいらっしゃらなかったのでドキドキしながら入店しました。
先客には、外国からの観光客のお客さまが！！
ここの辺りは観光客向けのホテルがたくさんあるので、トランクを持った方が食事をしている光景はよく見る光景です。
親子で楽しそう...微笑ましい...(^^)
私が頼んだのは、豚肉と木耳の卵炒め¥700。
本日の日替わりランチの1つです。
料理を待っていると、サラダだけ先に出してくださいました。

中華ドレッシングが美味しい！！
お腹が空いている時は、サラダを先に出してくださるお店が神様に見えます...笑
5分ちょっとでお盆に乗ったランチの登場♪

お豆腐にかかっているタレが美味しい...
棒棒鶏のソースに似ているお味です。
卵スープとお漬物も普通に美味しい...
そしてそしてメインの卵炒め。
とっても大盛りでビックリしました。
筍やキノコ等の、食物繊維が豊富な野菜がたくさん入っています。
一方、豚肉はあんまり見えませんが、風味はとても感じます...！！
てんこ盛りの野菜...食べ進んでもひたすら野菜...
シャキシャキ感が残った色んな種類の野菜が入っているので、食べていてとても楽しい...！！
ぽりぽりベビーコーン、
シャクシャク小松菜、
コリコリ木耳、ふわふわ卵...。
たくさんの食感が私を楽しませてくれました。
野菜を食べるために来ていたので、すごい満足！
お豆腐、スープ、お漬物、ご飯、主菜...と、
￥700なのにボリュームてんこ盛り！！
コスパめちゃくちゃいいな〜っ...
