六本木の帰り道、思い付きで訪問。
マトンブナ・ポラウセット(1,050円)をオーダー、ドリンクはラッシー。
辛さを聞かれたので、バングラデシュのテイストでお願いしたら、「すごい辛いよ、食べられないよ」「この辺の人は辛いの食べないから甘口にしている」「食べられなかったらもったいないから、ピリ辛にしたら」
仕方なくピリ辛でお願いした。
まずはラッシー。薄い、甘い。
盛りは少なめで、はしご飯には丁度よい。
ポラウ。ライスの香りはする。炊き込んだ色味はなく、かすかに味を感じる。
マトンブナ。ピリ辛といったのに、デフォの甘口。
辛くないと言ったら、「これ(卓上のチリパウダー)かけて」
モリッツが入ってないと言ったら、「はじめに言えば入れた」だって。
自身はモリッツ入れて更にチリパウダー振りかけて食べるそう。
