秋葉原駅から徒歩数分の所にある『肉汁麺ススム』を訪問しました。
店の存在は結構前から知っていたのですが、店頭の写真からこれはライスも合わせるのがMustっぽいから相当腹減りのタイミングで行ける日を待っていましたw
18時で先客3人、後客3人。
店頭の券売機を一通り拝見。
左上は②のレベル2、肉200g
その下にレベル1の肉130g。
ライスは3種類どれでも￥100
初訪問なので基本の肉130gにライス大にしてみる事に。

●ライス大￥100
本当は特盛にしようかと思ったら、券売機に特盛400gと書いてあったのでさすがにヤバいと思い自粛w
ライス大登場、全然大ではなかった・・・
これなら特盛てももよかったか？
下記の結果に書きますが、特盛にしなくて正解でしたw
そしてラーメン。
スープは真っ黒。
これが色に反してサラサラあっさり魚粉風味、そして全然しょっぱくない。
そして、びっくりするくらいコクがないw
で、おそらくですが豚を揚げた液体油がどんどん浮き上がってくる・・・
これはコク無しで油・・・
どうしようもないので、卓上の説明を読む。
ニンニクを入れるように書いてあったので入れてみる・・・
おっと！
唯一の旨みであった魚粉らしき風味がニンニクでかき消された。
これはつらいスープだ。
麺は中太、がっしりした麺。
硬めにゆで上げてあり、これはまあまあ。
そして期待の肉！
片栗粉でコーティングして揚げてあり最後に炙っていた。
なので凄くそそられる濃い色のタレが絡めてあります。
期待してパクリ・・・
なんだこりゃ？
片栗粉が過多なのか、デロデロ＆ムニュムニュ、そして甘い。
これま不味い・・・
片栗粉が多すぎて気持ち悪い。
肉を増さなくて助かった・・・
そしてご飯を加速させる予定だたった肉が不味くてライスが加速しない。
結果、特盛にしなくてよかった。
全体的には、近年で記憶にないくらい、事前の期待値と結果とのヒドイ差No1店となりました。
