こちらのお店が載せている写真のスペシャリテのうにクリームコロッケには生うにが上に乗っていますが、実際には乗っていません。スタッフに写真と違うことを伝えたところ「中に入ってるんで」とぶっきらぼうに答えられました…他の人の投稿写真には乗っていなかったのでお店が載せている写真も変更したほうが良いのでは？と思いました。
今回会社の打上でこちらを利用したかったためコース料理と飲み放題での予約にしました。
まず予約の時点でメニュー内にアレルギーの食べ物があるのメンバーが3名居たので、1つのメニューを3名のみ変更しようと思い食べログネット予約した後に直接お店にお電話しました。
電話の対応はちょっと若いバイトさんなのかなと言う感じで対応があまり良くなく、アレルギーの件を話したら折り返ししてくれるとのことで、折り返しを待ってたら3時間以上折り返しなく…
こちらからかけたら、あぁといった感じで出て貰いました。
そしてまた保留にされた上で「土曜なんで3名は無理です」と言われました…
でもアレルギーなんですと伝えたんですが、「忙しいんで！」と言われ無言の時間が続き、結局2名分のみの変更しかしてくれなかったので3名が2名分を分け合いました…
アレルギーであってもメニューの変更が厳しいことをこちらに記載したほうが良いのでは？と思いました。
後輩がお店に先に着き、お祝いなのでシャンパンを頼みたいですとスタッフに伝えたら、「シャンパンはありません」はっきり言われたそうですが、わたしが着いてメニューを見たら4種類ありました…
シャンパンがわからないのでしょうか…
お店到着早々不安になりました…
そして会は楽しくスタートし、飲み放題の他のボトルワインも3本程頼んだりして楽しい時間を過ごせました。
ラストオーダーの前に飲み放題の延長を聞かれたんですが、もう終電も近いため延長したかったのですがお断りをし、ラストオーダーをお願いして飲み物が来てすぐに、まだたくさん食べ物が残っていて少しだけ食べても良いですか？と聞いたんですが「もう出て行ってください、次来るんで」と言われました…あれ？次来るのであれば飲み放題延長出来ないですよね？飲み放題の延長をお断りしたから怒ってしまったのかもしれません。
もやもやがずっと残ったまま退店しました。
うにコロッケやパスタは美味しかった分非常に残念です…もう利用しません。
