【カレー】ディップパレス 御徒町店(上野)・再訪問 : インタラクティブ・セールス麺の備忘録 ※暑い日にはスパイシーなカレー※
蒸し暑い日が続き、スパイシーな料理がガッツリと食べたくなったので、
ディップパレス御徒町店へ行ってきた。
コチラのお店は、ディップマハルやマザーインディアなどの
DIPWAYJAPAN（ディップウェイジャパン）株式会社が運営している。

場所はJR御徒町駅前の「御徒町吉池本店ビル」8Fにあって、比較的
空いており穴場である。
今回は、、、
ディップパレスプレプレミアムタリー(1,400円)
を注文。
カレーが6種類のうちから3種類選べて、タンドリーチキン、シークカバブ、
サラダ、バターナン＆サフランライス、ドリンクが付いてくる。
カレーは「チキン」「キーマエッグ」「シーフード」を辛口にした。
5分強で料理が提供。
ナンはカットされて提供。定期的に焼いているようで、出来たてでは
無かったが、余熱はあった。
カレーは自分好みのモッタリとした口当たりで、スパイスが効いている。
辛さは辛口で丁度良かった。激辛にしていたら味わえなかったかもしれない。
タンドリーチキンは下味がシッカリとついており柔らかい。
シークカバブは肉以外にも野菜が入っており美味しかった。
サフランライスも贅沢にサフランを使用して炊かれていた。
ナンはおかわりを注文するとカットして持って来てくれた。焼き立てだった。
最後にラッシーで口直しをして完食。満腹になった。
店員さんが器を下げる時に新たな紙おしぼりをくれた。ホスピタリティGood。
非常に満足度の高いランチだった。これからも通いたいお店……(゜д゜)ウマー!!!

カレーが食べたくなったので「ディップパレス御徒町店」へ行ってきた。
コチラのお店は、ディップマハルやマザーインディアなどの
DIPWAYJAPAN（ディップウェイジャパン）株式会社が運営している。

お店の場所はJR御徒町駅前の「御徒町吉池本店ビル」8階にあり、比較的
空いているので穴場である。
今回は、、、
ディップパレス プレミアムタリー(1,600円)
を注文。昨年7月に訪問した時は、ドリンク込みで1,400円だったが、
今回訪問したら1,600円に上がっており、そしてドリンクは別だった。
カレーは、シェフスペシャル(本日は豆のカレー)、AとBのグループから
各1種類を選び合計3種類、これにタンドリーチキン、シークカバブ、
サラダ、バターナン＆サフランライスが付いてくる。
カレーはAから「チキン」、Bから「海老」を選び、激辛にした。
5分強で料理が提供。提供がいつも早い。
ナンはカットして提供される。
カレーは自分好みのモッタリとした口当たりで、スパイスが効いている。
激辛は確かに辛かったがスパイスの存在感はシッカリと残っていたので、
バランスは良かった。
タンドリーチキンは下味がシッカリとついており柔らかい。
シークカバブは肉以外にも野菜が入っており美味しかった。
ライスはちゃんとサフランを使用して炊かれていた。
ナンはおかわりを注文すると焼きたてをカットして持って来てくれた。
欲しい枚数だけお願いすることが出来た。
今回も美味しく食べる事が出来た。通い続けたいお店である……(゜д゜)ウマー!!
