I went to "Dip Palace Okachimachi branch" located in the restaurant area on the 8th floor of the Yoshiike main store building in Ueno, Tokyo. This is an Indian Cuisine and Thai Cuisine restaurant. If you think about it, India and Thailand are not even adjacent to each other and are quite different countries. The menu price range is a little high. Many of them cost close to 1,500 yen. Among them, I ordered Pad Thai (1,250 yen including tax), which seemed relatively easy to get. Pad Thai is Thai-style Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). I think it's becoming more and more popular in Japan. The pad thai at Dip Palace Okachimachi branch was more filling than I expected. Once you finish eating, you'll probably be quite full. Chives, bean sprouts, fried eggs, and peeled shrimp with tails are all ingredients that have an Asian flavor but are also suitable for Japanese palates, making them easy to eat. Each noodle is short. This is probably the difference from other noodle dishes such as Ramen and udon. You can use seasonings if you like, but you can also do without them. There was a lemon on the side of the plate, but I didn't use it. If you order Pad Thai, they will serve it with soup. This is also an exotic cup with chicken in it. good.
