金夜に予約して訪問。
予約客でいっぱいだったので、予約はマストです。
店内はお客さんギュウギュウで、3人で訪問しましたが、テーブルが2人がけ用で狭めでした。
個人的にはそんな所もガチ(？)っぽいので気になりません。
ラム串はもちろん頼みましたが、押し豆腐の冷菜と、店内ボードの本日のオススメにあった麻婆豆腐がめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！！！
押し豆腐は、具材はシンプルながら花椒がきいていて、味に深みもあって、家庭では決して再現できなさそうなお味。
麻婆豆腐は柔らかい薄切りのラム肉が入っていて、これがまた麻婆豆腐の甘み・辛み・シビレと相性抜群！
唯一無二の麻婆豆腐という感じでとっても美味しかったです。
ラム串はいい意味で想像通りの味。
辛いもの好きな方は絶対に発酵唐辛子の醤？を頼んだ方がいいです。
程よい辛味と酸味がいいアクセントになります。
好き嫌いが別れるお店だと思いますが、私的にはぜひ再訪したいと思いました！
