【講評】
・羊肉刀削麺が大好きで色々な店に訪問しているがなかなか真の美味しい麺に行き着くことができなかったが、やっと出会うことができた。
スープはもちろん、麺のコシコシ感が本当にたまらない。だいすき。
・店内は中国語が飛び交い本場感がすごい。本場の方が作ってるからこそ最高な麺ができるのだと思う。
またランチ、ないしはディナーにお邪魔します。
