SNSでもちょくちょく上がってきて、気になっていた「焼肉ごぉ」さんへ初訪問。
駅からのアクセスは抜群。
外観は一見すると大衆的な焼肉屋さんなのだが、店内入ると照明も落とし気味で、黒を基調とした内装で大人な雰囲気を醸し出している。
通常のテーブル席とキッチン前には4席程カウンター席あり。
テーブル席はゆったり座れるソファーシート仕様。
ソファーの下は開閉できて荷物置きにもなるので、ジャケットに臭いを付けたくない人は重宝します。
席間も程よく取られているので、隣りとの会話も気になりません。
デート使いでも、充分に良さげです^ ^
排煙もしっかりしているので、空気もクリーン。
ココのお店で特徴的なのは、「厚切り焼肉」とお得な飲み放題を楽しめるところ！
特にTVやSNSでもバズっていた目の前でフランベして焼き上げる「レッドクリフ」は特に有名で焼肉ごぉの名物料理。

「タン塩」はレモンを絞るか、梅ダレで。
「タテばら」はカルビの王様とも言われるサシの多い濃厚な旨味が特徴の部位。
噛むと肉汁が滴る。上カルビ級の美味さ！
「ハラミ」はとてもジューシーで弾力がある上に、噛み切れるくらいのやわらかさ。
肉の旨味を存分に味わえるだけでなく、厚切りにしても柔らかく、肉々しさも堪能できます。

アワビに似た食感で、程よい弾力と脂の旨味が特徴的でした。初めて食べましたが何げにクセになりそうな味わい。ヤンを焼肉屋さんで見かけたら是非注文してみて欲しい！

で、何と！200gの塊肉で出てきます！
スタッフさんが目の前で丁寧に焼き上げてくれ、全体に火が通った位のタイミングでフランベタイム！
ブランデーに火を付けて炙るので、お肉にもその芳醇な香りが移ってます。
焼いた塊肉は一旦キッチンに持ち返り、食べやすい様に綺麗にスライスしてくれますよ。
特製ガーリックバターソースは結構濃厚で、たっぷり絡めて食べましょう！
何げに梅ソースとの相性もよいので、そこはお好みで。
