白出汁チャーシュー特製ワンタンメン1500円を注文。白黒があると黒を選びがちだが今回は何故か白に惹かれました。
着丼すると意識高い系のビジュアルな支那そば。
和を感じるスープの美味さは白出汁で正解⭕
チャーシューは所謂焼豚で程よい弾力。
ワンタンは特製だと肉ワンタンと海老ワンタンの半々。極細麺は平打ち麺に変更可能だったが細麺でいった。あくまでも好みの問題だが気持ち柔かめの茹で加減。あとはサイドメニューもう一品あると満腹でした。
