UCHIHACHI Kiwami is Yakiniku (Grilled meat) located in front of Ueno Station. It has a stylish bar-like atmosphere, and is spacious and open on one floor. There are also private rooms, so you can use it for parties or dates. This time, we had the recommended Ushihachi course and all-you-can-drink in a private room. (9,100 yen) The Ushihachi course is good for first-timers as it includes many popular dishes. The meal starts with assorted kimchi and salad, followed by raw Wagyu yukhoe, Shio tongue, 3-second grilled pork belly, Wagyu skirt steak, 3 types of premium Wagyu beef, 2 types of Wagyu offal, Cold Noodles, and dessert. You can eat a variety of things from raw meat to wagyu beef, and the price of 6,900 yen feels like a good deal. I particularly liked the flavor of the top tongue salt, the 3-second seared pork belly, and the wagyu skirt steak. It was great to be able to taste the deliciousness of each part of the 3 types of wagyu beef. It's satisfying to be able to enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in a private room without having to worry about people around you.
