Private room with a night view x Cheese Dakgalbi MAISON NEWYORK KITCHEN Meat BISTRO June 9, 2018 Theme: Food and drink A long-awaited girls' dinner out in Ueno ☆ Private room with a night view x Cheese Dakgalbi I went to MAISON NEWYORK KITCHEN Meat BISTRO ~ I wanted to eat roast beef and get some vegetables so first I chose the "Roast beef and garlic chip rock salt salad" The balance of rock salt was just right Next was the "Grilled vegetables with anchovies and olive sauce" By grilling it, you can enjoy the natural flavour and texture of the vegetables which is great ~ I really liked the anchovy sauce ☆ Next was the "Dutch oven's recommended meat hotpot Big Mountain" which I ordered after falling in love at first sight with the dynamic look that was being brought to the table next to me It was very filling! The soft meat and the plentiful vegetables are great~ Meat Bar style bite-sized cabbage croquettes have a simple feel, and the sauce is authentic☆ I thought I might be eating too much, but I really wanted to eat more, so I ordered the cheese dak galbi as well. I'm so glad I ordered it. It was so gooey and irresistible~☆ I enjoyed it with plenty of cheese☆ For the finale, I had seared wagyu nigiri with Angus pink rock salt. It had a texture that felt like it melted as soon as I put it in my mouth~ And finally, the dessert gateau au chocolat with rich Chocolate drizzled on top. I liked the richness and it was well balanced with the gentle vanilla☆ I thoroughly enjoyed the meat! I would recommend this restaurant when you want to eat something hearty~
