平日の17時半に予約をとって伺いました。
先客は1名。
ディナーNo.1コースをいただきました。
程よいペースでお魚と野菜をバランスよく出してくださいます。
車海老は、海老の瑞々しさを保ったまま、てんぷらになっていることに驚き。
水茄子もジューシーで、キスや白魚はふわっふわで、一品一品に感動。
どれも今まで食べたてんぷらの中で一番美味しかったです。
お料理は穴子天丼か穴子天とごはん別々か選べたのですが、大将おすすめの天丼に。
赤だしのお味噌汁とお漬物が添えられています。
てんぷらをたくさんいただいた後にもクドくなく、美味しすぎてペロリと完食。
そして最後にはいちごのアイスクリームを。
この日はバニラ、抹茶、いちご、りんごシャーベットから選べました。
日本酒とのペアリングも楽しくて、大将のお人柄も素敵で、とても幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。
もうすでに、また伺いたいな〜という気持ちです。
