友人と東京都美術館で二科展を鑑賞した後、上野と言えば、焼肉?とんかつ? 上野に本店がある焼肉店にしようという事になり、パルコヤに入っている陽山道さんにお伺いしました。ほぼ12時という事もあり、7～8割席が埋まってました。
和牛カルビ御膳をお願いしましたが、ちょっと肉質が私には合わず、噛み切れない、口の中に残り、呑み込めない・・・
回りの席を見るとコンロで肉を焼いているのは私達のテーブルだけで、他の方は全て厨房で調理されたお料理を食べておりました。金額の問題なのか、その他理由があるのかと考えてしました。
お店の空間もこじんまりとしていて、オープンな感じや焼肉のタレもサラッとあっさり目で、自分の好みでなかったです。
