振替休日を利用して、上野で昼飲みを。
気持ちが鶏に向いていたので、
未訪問だったこちらのお店に足を運んでみました。
ちなみに、24時間営業だそう。ありがたしです。
それにしても……
上野はどうしてこんなにも昼から呑めるお店が
多いのだ。
いまさらだけど(笑)
店内カウンターには、
２席ごとに両サイドを仕切るアクリル板アリ。
テーブル席についても、
適度な間隔が設けられており、密に非ずです。
メニューのウリは、
やはり1本100円の串モノでしょうかね。
オーダーは2本〜なので、200円〜ですが。
なお、おまかせの5本盛り合わせだと490円なので、
さらにディスカウントしていただけるという…感謝。
まずは串をつまみ、
他料理に展開していくのが良さそうですね。

◆鶏レバー（2本）@200円
タレで。
まずプリッと弾けるような食感が良きです。
その後で追いかけてくるレバらしいクセは、仄かに。
お肉の味わいは素直といった印象で、
それがまた鮮度の良さを感じさせてくれます。
ちなみに、タレはやや甘めにきます。
◆鶏モモ（2本）@200円
塩で。
ややコンパクトなサイズにまとまっていますが、
1本100円なことを思い出しました（笑）
香ばしくジューシーであり、
塩の加減に品の良さが表れています。
◆鶏餃子（5個）@390円
噛みしめると、
ジュルッと旨味汁が溢れ出してきました。
また、焼きムラは抑えてあり、香ばしくあります。
ニラの風味がやや前に来ますかね。
お肉はくどくなく、
やはり素直な印象を受けた次第です。
逆にパンチの強さを求める感じではないですね。
◆砂肝の唐揚げ@328円
ランダムなサイズで。
ギュゥッと引き締まった砂肝は、
まるで噛み続けることを促しているかのよう。
噛み締めていると、
カレーの風味がフワッ、フワッと広がってきます。
酒のつまみに良きです。
◆フリージングハイボール@490円
キンキンですね。ひんやり爽快。
そして、ニッカが沁みます。
