It may sound a bit over the top, but it is probably the most delicious ume crystal I have ever tasted. The balance between the saltiness of the plums and the cucumber you taste together is outstanding. I can't describe it any better than this, but I definitely recommend it. While I was feeling the impressive taste of "Ume-Suisho," the "5 skewers selection" was brought to me. Chicken thigh, beef halami, quail, pork belly, and gizzard? *Sorry if I'm wrong. These are so delicious! I feel like I'm going overboard again, but it really is delicious. They are all very juicy and have no meaty smell at all. Each has its own characteristic flavor, and you can enjoy this set of five until the very end. The sauce is an exquisite soy sauce sauce sauce that is not too sweet or too thick. It is the perfect soy sauce sauce to enjoy the skewers. This assortment is reasonably priced at less than 100 yen per skewer, so we recommend ordering it with a toast of sake. The nabe in a cloudy chicken broth was filled with many ingredients. The ingredients are chicken, Chinese cabbage, potherb mustard, shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, carrots, tofu, and shirataki. It is served while simmering on a cassette stove.
